Cowboys Blue Velvet Cupcakes
I’m not a huge Cowboys fan — they’re just okay, as far as I’m concerned. I am, however, a huge Ravens fan, and a huge cupcake fan, and if the Ravens had an easier design to recreate in icing, I would so make purple velvet versions of this cupcake. Unfortunately, decorating tiny baked goods with bird heads is a little too complicated for me.
(PS: Matt Stover is still hot, even if he’s 41 and no longer kicking for the Ravens.)
